My name is Colette Symanowitz, and I have recently completed my MBA degree
at the Gordon Institute of Business Science in Johannesburg, South Africa. I
have always been passionate about sharing knowledge and helping others gain
access to positive opportunities, so took on the role of class
knowledge-manager. Towards the end of the MBA, I was approached by my MBA
peers to start a community in order to keep the MBA network together after
we had graduated. Based on our market research, many of my MBA peers
expressed a need to retain the high-level social and intellectual
interactions we had thrived on during our MBA degrees. They also wanted to leverage the
MBA network in order to market their services and gain access to MBA-calibre
job opportunities.
This gave rise to MBAconnect.net™, a community website for MBA alumni and current MBA
students from all business schools. We
facilitate networking, events, job opportunities,
knowledge-sharing and a host of
other fantastic features
for the MBA community.
There are a number of unique features and benefits to this site, designed
specifically with you, the MBA student or graduate, in mind. They complement
those services offered by the alumni body at your business
school. Click here
